What does a leg cost?

The cost of a prosthetic leg varies depending on the type, component composition, and complexity, but a brand new prosthetic leg made with modular components can cost up to $2000, and even more, in out-of-pocket expenses. However, through donations and our refurbishment program, we strive to support our partners to be able to provide prosthetic legs at highly subsidised costs, without any cost attached for the components themselves, and in many cases, this means the prosthetic leg can be provided at a low cost.
