Why we measure impact

Image
Feet on the ground

The rehabilitation centres provide us with updates on the number of patients who have benefited from our components, enabling us to measure the tangible impact of our support.

Image
Counselling hours
We track counselling hours to understand the extent of emotional and psychological support provided, ensuring our services meet the holistic needs of those we assist.
Image
Satisfaction of service
Measuring service satisfaction allows us to share feedback with partners to meet the expectations and needs of those we serve.
Image
Sustainability
Counting the number of prosthetic legs we rescue helps us quantify our contribution to reducing landfill waste.
